I actually was convicted by this very thing today. I stopped, pulled back and made the time to send emails to every pastor that I have direct contact to and made it my goal to encourage them personally. I hate that I and so many others take this for granted. Why would we think that our pastors and leaders are void of encouragement? Thanks for the post! Such a relevant and timely post.
